Business Development Manager – Validation

What challenges you are going to face?

  • Sales of Validation services, in particular, CSV (Computer Systems Validation)
  • Searching and acquiring clients from pharmaceutical and medical industries on Polish and international markets
  • Realization of agreed sales plans
  • Preparing customized offers adjusted to clients’ needs
  • Leading sales presentations
  • Cooperation with the Delivery department in the field of project implementation
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Organizing online sales campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and Lead Generation units

What do we expect from you?

  • Min. 5 years of experience in sales of services and software implementation projects (e.g. ERP, LIMS, statistical tools) to clients in the pharmaceutical and medical industries
  • Knowledge of other solutions for medical and pharmaceutical industries such as MES, Serialization, Data Integrity will be an advantage
  • Responsibility for daily work with clients related to sales and customer care processes
  • Taking part in the development and implementation of sales strategy
  • Knowledge and understanding of the quality subjects such as GMP, GxP, GAMP, Validation/Qualification, CSV
  • Very good English (at least B2)
