Business Development Manager – IT Services and Software

What challenges you are going to face?

  • Searching for new clients on the European and/or Polish market
  • Sales of IT solutions (including those based on the Salesforce.com and Cornerstone platforms)
  • Sales of IT Outsourcing services in the Managed Service and Team Leasing models
  • Building long-term business relationships with clients
  • Realization of agreed sales plan
  • Developing offers tailored to the needs of customers
  • Conducting  sales presentations
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Close cooperation with Delivery, Recruitment, Lead Generation and  Marketing departments

What do we expect from you?

  • Min. 5 years of sales experience in SW solutions and IT services
  • Readiness for regular trips
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategy
  • Effectiveness in building long-term relationships with clients
  • High level of commitment, creativity, and independence
  • Analytical thinking
  • Communicative English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus
